General Producer, Co-founder & Director
SHAR Production publishes this role and the areas of responsibility listed below.
These topics show where the author is responsible for professional review; they are not an independent certification.
Alexandra Sher graduated from the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts in Saint Petersburg in 2025, studying on Alexander Melentyev's course. SHAR Production's owner confirms her education and graduation year. At the studio, she combines directing with her roles as General Producer and Co-founder. Visual ideas are tied to the production plan: a scene needs to be prepared for filming, generation or CGI assembly.
Scene development considers the character's action, camera position, lighting, shot length and place in the edit. A hybrid production also needs an early decision about which elements must match across filmed and digital material.
Visual references establish a direction. Styleframes make composition, colour and lighting concrete enough to discuss. Storyboards and an animatic clarify the sequence of action and pace. These materials give the client a chance to spot a mismatch before final images are produced.
Collect comments on the product, character appearance and mandatory text at this stage. If packaging geometry or label readability must be exact, supply the source assets and identify the elements that must stay unchanged.
Continuity review covers action, movement direction, object and character positions, lighting and the transition between shots. AI material needs an additional check that appearance, clothing details and product shape remain consistent through movement.
A scene is reviewed within the film. A strong individual shot may run too long, miss the message or fail to connect with the next shot. Reviewing the edit exposes those issues before final colour and sound.
Send the script or brief, existing references, product information and intended release channels. Say whether you have models, footage, cast members or an approved digital-character design.
Production planning needs a working deadline and a list of approvers. If assets are still being prepared, identify who will supply them and when. Filming, team, tools and final deliverables are agreed for the specific project.
We will map the brief to live action, AI, CGI/3D, VFX and post-production before locking scope.
