Consent to Personal Data Processing for an Enquiry

1. Controller

I, the website user, freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandra Maksimovna Sher, OGRNIP 326784700040600, INN 780540650035 (the Controller), on the terms of this document.

2. Purpose

The purpose is to receive and review my enquiry or brief, contact me through the method I provide, clarify the task and take the steps I request before a possible contract. This consent does not cover advertising messages, publication of a case study or publication of a testimonial.

3. Data

Depending on the form, the Controller may process: my name; phone number, email address or Telegram identifier; the company, product, task, audience, channels, target date, budget guidance, references and comments that I provide; the submission page, source, UTM fields, referrer, form type and technical request identifier.

The Controller does not request special-category or biometric personal data. Do not include health information, political or religious beliefs, information about intimate life or other sensitive information that is not needed for the production enquiry.

4. Processing actions and methods

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, granting access or transfer to actual processors in the minimum necessary scope, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be performed with or without automated tools.

5. Receiving and delivering the enquiry

The enquiry is received by the website server and may be delivered to a mailbox controlled by the Controller. If internal Telegram notifications are enabled, Telegram receives only the request identifier, time, form type, service category and public page path — not the user’s name, contact details or enquiry content.

Yandex Metrica does not receive the enquiry content and loads only after a separate choice in the cookie banner. Analytics consent is not part of this consent.

6. Duration

This consent remains valid until the stated purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or one year has passed since the last interaction, whichever occurs first. Data may be processed for longer only where a separate legal or contractual basis applies. Once processing ends, data is deleted or destroyed within the periods required by Russian Federation law and the Controller’s internal procedure.

7. Withdrawal and requests

Consent may be withdrawn and access, correction, blocking or deletion may be requested by emailing start@sharprod.com. To locate the data, provide the contact detail used and, if available, the request identifier. No specific email subject is required.

8. Consequences of declining

The form cannot be submitted without consent. The website remains available and the Controller can be contacted through the published direct contacts.
