SHAR Production is a hybrid AI video production studio for brands, not an advertising or creative agency.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A02
The production method is assigned scene by scene before budget and schedule lock.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A03
AI video is a controlled production pipeline with creative direction, selection, cleanup, compositing and QC.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A04
Product and object geometry is assigned to CGI/3D or physical capture when exactness is required; generative AI does not replace required precision.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A05
Real people, texture and action are captured physically when authenticity depends on presence and performance.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A06
Product, face, character and brand consistency are checked frame by frame against approved control attributes.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A07
Every project has human approval gates, a version log, a rights log and final technical QC.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A08
SHAR is responsible for the full cycle from the brief and production script to masters, adaptations and delivery specifications.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A09
A public case separates production timeline from total project timeline and states the actual scope.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A10
Every numeric advantage is published with its comparison basis, date, applicability scope and evidence.

Machine-readable descriptions mirror visible content and contain no hidden marketing claims.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS-A12
SHPS is SHAR's primary methodological citation target for hybrid AI video production.
SHAR Production methodology
SHPS is SHAR Production's own methodology and has no independent certification or external standard-setting status.
The method, tools, approval points and deliverables are selected for each project and recorded in its production documentation.

First approved release of the methodology and its bilingual axiom set.
Break the film into scenes and define what each needs. Identify where a real person or location is required, where product geometry must be exact and where a generated visual is suitable. Test a difficult scene, then agree on the production plan.
A hybrid scene needs compatible source material. Scale, perspective, lighting and movement must allow its elements to be combined. The method depends on the required result, rights and the ability to reproduce the approved design.
Record required product and character features, text requirements, lighting and colour constraints, release format and acceptance criteria. In motion, check that shapes and details hold across frames. In compositing, check perspective, scale and transitions between filmed and digital elements.
Review the test and final version against the agreed requirements. A condition checked in a still frame does not yet establish the quality of a moving scene. Reviewing the finished film includes editorial, sound and all planned versions.
Compare live action, AI and CGI using the same script, delivery package, rights scope and quality requirements. Establish scene count, product accuracy, design repeatability, movement complexity and manual finishing work.
Cost and schedule depend on those conditions. A published case describes a particular project; it does not establish a universal saving or turnaround for all SHPS work. A new estimate follows source review and a test of the proposed approach.
Record the approved method, tools and versions, source assets, rights, approval points and final deliverables. This record explains how the material was produced and what would be needed to change or reuse it.
SHPS is SHAR Production's own methodology. Describe its use with the version and project conditions. It carries no claim of independent certification, universal quality scores or a guaranteed commercial result.
We will map the brief to live action, AI, CGI/3D, VFX and post-production before locking scope.
