## 1. What browser storage is

Cookies and local or session storage are small technical records used to operate the website, remember a choice and, after consent, measure website use.

## 5. Purpose

Necessary storage keeps the website and consent controls working. Optional analytics helps understand aggregated use and improve the website.

## 6. Consent

The first visit offers equal choices to accept, decline or configure analytics. Continuing to browse is not consent. A changed policy version or vendor set invalidates the previous choice and requires a new decision.

## 3. Analytics data

Webvisor, clickmap, trackLinks and accurateTrackBounce are enabled. No Yandex Metrica request is made before an affirmative choice.
