SHAR Production

Premium Production Studio

SHAR Production makes commercial, brand and product films with live action, CGI and directed AI video. One team carries the script, scene production, edit, sound, controlled post-production and delivery versions without an agency handoff.

Clients work with the producer and directors who make the film. The estimate names the team, responsibilities, approvals and files to be delivered.

Fewer assumptions, clearer production decisions

Live action is used for real people and products, CGI for exact digital objects, and AI for controlled stylisation. Key frames and brand details are reviewed before the edit.

Before production we fix the script, scene list, schedule, approval points and version map. The final handoff follows those documents.

Brand, product and legal details must survive every version

NAMED RESPONSIBILITY

The people who estimate the route also produce the work

Founder and executive producer Arseniy Aleksandrov reviews the brief, estimate, scene plan, production method and final delivery. Co-founder, production lead and director Alexandra Sher leads planning, directing, team coordination and the review of picture and edit.

Their roles do not replace the specialists assigned to a project. They keep the business task, creative direction, schedule and handoff connected when production moves between live action, CGI, AI, editing, sound and colour.

TECHNOLOGY CHOICE

Each scene gets the method its claim requires

Live action is used when real people, products, places or physical behaviour carry trust. CGI is useful when shape, materials, mechanics or an unbuilt object must be controlled, subject to approved geometry and material references. Directed AI can build stylised worlds and exploratory scenes when product facts do not depend on invented physical detail.

Motion design explains systems, interfaces and data. Hybrid production combines methods only where the scene plan justifies the added handoffs. The choice is written into the estimate so the tool never becomes a vague promise.

VERIFIED LIVE-ACTION WORK

The production method follows the job

Frame from the M-Techno industrial film

M-Techno. SHAR filmed macro and medium shots at the factory and built the edit around precision machining and the production environment. The finished film is used in sales negotiations, presentations and exhibition materials.

This work demonstrates live-action production for a technical B2B subject. It does not promise the same scope, schedule or commercial effect for a different brief.

VERIFIED DIGITAL PRODUCTION

A visual system comes before the final assembly

Frame from the Click City animated world

Click City. SHAR developed an AI-created animated world, camera movement and a recurring character while keeping the city and brand recognisable.

Lukoil. The team designed frames, animated graphics, assembled the edit and completed post-production. The documented master was delivered in 14 days.

Evotor. A B2B presentation film combined AI and post-production inside one visual system. SHAR does not claim campaign metrics or a commercial result for that project.

REVIEW AND CHANGE CONTROL

Approval gates protect quality and budget

Up to two revision rounds are included at named review points when client comments arrive as one consolidated list. Text and edit pace can still be refined after the animatic, while a new shot, contributor, location or changed shot plan requires a separate estimate.

The calendar identifies which client asset or approval releases each production stage. Time spent waiting for missing materials or a decision is shown separately rather than presented as production time.

BUDGET AND SCHEDULE

The scene list changes the estimate more than duration alone

A short film can cost more than a longer one when a hero shot needs detailed product preparation, CGI, compositing, controlled lighting or extensive rights. The estimate itemises the selected route, team, scene production, post-production, licences and version matrix.

Exact dates are fixed after the scene list, mandatory materials and review route are accepted. Published starting guides are available on the pricing page; they do not replace a project estimate.

DELIVERY AND RIGHTS

The handoff is defined before production starts

The delivery manifest can list the main master, cutdowns, aspect-ratio adaptations, subtitles, sound versions and technical specifications. Camera originals, editable project files and other source assets are included only when the estimate and agreement name them.

Music, stock, fonts, archives and supplied brand materials are checked against the agreed channels, territories and term of use. Product and legal claims remain the client's approved source of truth.

START WITH THE PRODUCTION DECISION

Send the task before writing a technical specification

Share the product or company, audience, channels, deadline, available materials, required facts and visual references. SHAR will return the open questions, production assumptions and an itemised route for the scenes, approvals and final files. If the format is still open, review the production services before sending the brief.

WORKING WITH SHAR

Before the first production decision

How does SHAR choose between filming, CGI and AI?

The team first fixes the communication task, audience, placements, duration and scene list. Each scene then receives the production method that fits it: filming for physical trust, CGI for precise digital objects, AI for directed stylisation, or a controlled combination.

Who is responsible throughout the project?

A producer connects the script, scene production, edit, colour, sound and delivery versions. The estimate names the working team, responsibilities and approval points before production begins.

What is approved before production starts?

The script, scene list, visual direction, schedule, approval points and delivery map are fixed before the main build. This keeps exploration separate from decisions that have already been approved.

What does the client receive at the end?

SHAR delivers the approved master and the versions listed in the estimate and contract. Durations, subtitles, covers, source files and technical formats are included only when they form part of the agreed handoff.
