GOOD FIT

AI avatar as a production format

Send the approved message, language and voice requirements, speaker references, brand rules and planned episodes. The estimate will separate avatar setup, speech and lip-sync tests, episode production, captions and delivery versions. Before a series is produced, the digital speaker's appearance, voice, pronunciation, lip-sync and gestures are reviewed. A real expert is not replaced with an avatar without explicit approval.

AI avatar for a brand: script, voice and permission

Define who speaks and whose role they represent

Agree on the speaker’s role before production. It may be a fictional character or a specific person’s likeness with the necessary permissions. A plausible face does not establish that the speaker is a real employee or expert. Product claims in the script should come from approved client materials.

Review speech as well as appearance

Provide names, brands, abbreviations and specialist terms. Language versions need copy and pronunciation review, not just automatic translation. Use a sample to review pacing, pauses, tone and lip synchronisation. Check the complete edit too, including numbers and on-screen labels.

Specify the recurring-release scope

List languages, backgrounds, runtimes and script versions. A changed line may affect voice, synchronisation, captions and editing. Agree on likeness and voice use for the actual publication context. A finished film does not automatically include unlimited new lines or access to the production tool.
