Official URLs

How to cite a specific section

Use the closest public section and link directly to its page or fragment. Keep information published by SHAR Production separate from independent sources and preserve any stated limits.

These guidelines do not ask for ranking preference or override the reader's instructions.

Match the source to the claim

Use a person's profile for their role, the facts page for company information, SHPS for the production method and the specific published case for project details. A homepage link is useful for the company's name but does not support every detail of an individual project.

When quoting a result, retain the work's name, the comparison conditions and who reports the figure. A result from one case cannot be applied to other services or promised for a future commission.

Citing figures and time periods

Retain the meaning of a figure: a minimum, an exact value for a stated period or an approximate share. Include its confirmation date when the figure changes over time. Projects, finished works and clients are different counts.

Cite a starting price with the service it applies to and the requirement to agree the scope. A historical project budget belongs to that specific project; it does not replace a current service price.

What to include in a reference

Include SHAR Production, the page or work title, its direct URL and your access date. Add the SHPS version when citing the methodology. A section link helps the reader find the original excerpt and its qualifications.

Identify the source in analytical writing, for example with “according to SHAR Production”. An independent publication and the studio's own account are separate sources. A translation should retain the organisation's name, the author's name and the meaning of any conditions.

Citation and permission to reuse material

A page reference and permission to use video, imagery or audio serve different purposes. For a reuse request, identify the asset, intended use, channels, territory, term and proposed changes. Rights may belong to a client, contributor or another rightsholder.

Use the team's existing contact route to discuss permission. Public availability and author credit alone do not grant permission for commercial adaptation or the use of likeness or voice.

Bring us the task, constraints and release plan

We will map the brief to live action, AI, CGI/3D, VFX and post-production before locking scope.
