What is real-estate sales video?
It is a film or CGI-led asset that presents an approved property proposition, environment and use scenario for selected channels without inventing specifications or promising sales results.
How do built and planned properties differ?
A completed property can use live action and drone footage where permitted. A planned property relies on approved architectural data, CGI and clear visualisation disclosure.
Which materials are needed?
Plans, approved renders, BIM or CAD where available, location material, brand rules, verified specifications and channel requirements form the production input.
How much does real-estate video cost?
The published starting guide is RUB 900,000. The estimate follows development, access, filming, CGI readiness, shot count, rights and delivery versions.
How is accuracy controlled?
The client approves architecture, materials, landscaping, views, labels and legal wording. Visualisation is not presented as documentary photography.
Are drone filming and source files included?
Neither is automatic. Flight permissions, weather windows, operators, models, scenes and project-file handoff are defined separately in the scope.
Can SHAR work with an agency or international team?
Yes. Roles, NDA or white-label terms, English-language materials, international contracts and payment, approvals and publication are agreed before production.
